Martin Kaplan (1920-2005)

Francis C. Powell Professor Emeritus

Martin Kaplan (1920 – 2005) spent 68 years at Drexel as a student, faculty member and administrator. He served as an instructor from 1947 to 1989, at which point he was named the Francis C. Powell Professor Emeritus.

Professor Kaplan developed the High Voltage Laboratory in what is now the Center for Electric Power Engineering.
